Candlewood Estates Subdivision
Waibel & Associates provided planning and design services, and produced plans and renderings for the pre-plat process. Candlewood Estates is an 80-acre, 270-lot subdivision located southeast of the intersection of Southern Avenue and Jackrabbit Trail in Buckeye, Arizona. The subdivision is planned for 15% open space, and a density between 3.5 du/ac and 4.0 du/ac. The developer’s goals are to promote quality development which complies with the Town of Buckeye’s General Plan and provide residents with a medium-density project in an upscale environment.
