City of Phoenix Crime Lab
The City of Phoenix Police Department developed a downtown city block for a state-of-the-art crime lab and underground parking garage. Raised planters and structural soil mix support low water use plant materials. The street level plaza was designed to arrange the planters and present an array of walkways to lead visitors to the main entrance without creating visibility issues for security.
